- 1 pint lemon sorbet, slightly softened
- 1/2 cup lemon liqueur, chilled
- 3/4 cup crushed ice, plus more if needed
- 1 slice fresh lemon for garnish
Combine sorbet, Sparkling Juice Drink, limoncello and ice in a blender; process until smooth. If mixture is too thin, add a few more ice cubes and process until desired consistency is reached.
Divide between 4 glasses; garnish with lemon slices. Serve immediately.
Variation: For a slightly sweeter, cran-raspberry-flavored drink, add 3 to 4 tablespoons of raspberry liqueur before processing.
