- 1 ounce vodka
- 1/2 ounce coconut-flavored rum
- shredded coconut, garnish
- pineapple spear, garnish
Rim a wide mouth glass with lime and dip in shredded coconut. Fill the glass with ice. Add vodka, cranberry juice cocktail and rum. Stir to mix. Garnish with a pineapple spear, if desired. Makes one serving.
