- 1 ounce pineapple juice
- 1 ounce dark or spiced rum
- Orange peel for garnish

Fill old-fashioned glass with crushed ice. Add juices and rum; stir 20 seconds to combine ingredients. Peel orange over cocktail. Rub rim of glass with peel; add peel to drink.
