Cut the top off of the pineapple and then cut a ½ inch slice off the top. Slice it in half to form a crescent shape. Trim the rind off of the edges and cut small notches around the curved edge to create the “rays.” Spear through the middle with skewer and cherry. Top off your drink and enjoy!
