- 6 medium strawberries, hulls removed and cut into halves
- 1/2 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt, optional
- Strawberry slice, garnish
Put all ingredients, except garnish, in a blender. Blend for a few seconds on high speed or until ingredients are thoroughly combined. Pour into a large glass. Garnish with strawberry slice. Makes one serving.
