Wonderful Holiday Roast

This recipe was in a Pillsbury magazine (the kind of mag that you find in the grocery line). It came in a Ocean Spray pull-out section entitled " Main Meals, Salads,& Sauces". Been using this recipe since the late '90's and absolutely HIGHLY recommend it. It is delicious and has a wonderful unexpected flavor. It is a lovely main course during the holiday season! We serve it over New Year's, but it could work for any occasion. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!! Cal. 497, Fat Cal, 153, Pro 41g, Carb 42g, Fat 17g, Chol 88mg, Sod 672mg.

The nutritional information would be more helpful if the number of servings or serving size was indicated. Some of us are interested in nutrition as well as taste!
