- 1 libra de solomillo de puerco, cortado en cubos de 1 pulgada
- 3/4 taza más 2 cucharadas de Ocean Spray® 100% Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice u Ocean Spray® Ruby Red Grapefruit Juice Drink
- 2 cucharadas de mezcla de especias para tacos (de un paquete de 1.25 oz)
- 2 cucharadas de azúcar morena
- 1 cucharada de aceite vegetal
- 8 tostadas, calentadas siguiendo las instrucciones del paquete
- 4 tazas de lechuga rallada o cortada en tiritas
- 2 tomates, picados
- 2 aguacates, pelados y picados
- 2 cebollitas cambray, cortadas
- 1/2 taza de crema agria

Coloca los cubitos de puerco en una bolsa de plástico resellable para comida grande. En un tazón mediano, mezcla 3/4 taza de jugo con la mezcla de especias para tacos y el azúcar morena. Vierte sobre el puerco en la bolsa de plástico. Sella la bolsa y refrigera de 1 a 4 horas.
Calienta el aceite en un sartén de 12 pulgadas sobre fuego medio alto. Escurre el puerco y vierte la marinada en una olla pequeña. Agrega el puerco al sartén. Cocina de 6 a 8 minutos o hasta que esté dorado, sin centro rosado, volteándolo para dorarlo por todos lados. Mientras tanto, cocina la marinada sobre fuego medio bajo hasta que hierva. Cocina de 2 a 3 minutos más o hasta que espese.
Para servirlo, coloca las tostadas en platos. Cubre con lechuga. Rocía un poco de la marinada cocinada sobre la lechuga. Cubre cada una con la carne de puerco, tomate, aguacate y cebollita cambray. En un tazón pequeño, mezcla la crema agria con las 2 cucharadas de jugo restantes. Rocía sobre cada tostada.
Rinde 8 tostadas.
