1 cup Ocean Spray® Craisins® Original Dried Cranberries

1 20-ounce can pineapple tidbits, reserving 1/4 cup juice

1/4 cup chopped red pepper

1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

2 tablespoons chopped red onion

1 tablespoon jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced

2 teaspoons lime peel, freshly grated

1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours to allow flavors to blend. Serve with fish, poultry or meat.

We've made this recipe a tradition in our family. We have served it for the last four years. Only thing we do different, is to put in about 10 oz of pineapple instead of 20 oz.
