1 8-ounce can crushed pineapple, drained, reserving juice

1/2 cup Ocean Spray® LIGHT Cran-Raspberry® Raspberry Cranberry Juice Drink

2 tablespoons lemon juice

1 0.3-ounce package sugar-free raspberry flavored gelatin

1 14-ounce can Ocean Spray® Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce

1/2 cup chopped celery


Combine reserved pineapple juice, raspberry cranberry juice, and lemon juice in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Add gelatin, stirring until it is completely dissolved. Break up cranberry sauce with a fork. Stir into gelatin mixture.

Refrigerate until mixture begins to set. Stir in pineapple and celery. Pour into a 4-cup mold. Chill until firm. Makes 8 servings.

Cranberry Salad

I doubled this recipe last year for Thanksgiving, and after setting all night in the frig, it set up nicely. It was a hit and went extremely well with the turkey and dressing. I am using it in place of the cranberry sauce this year. Yummy!

I have made this for years and have always gotten great reviews. I hightly recommend this recipe for anyone.
