- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1 (.6-ounce) package Italian seasoning mix
- MEAT:
- 2 pounds chicken or beef

DIRECTIONS
In recloseable zip lock bag combine all marinade ingredients. Add meat. Close bag and refrigerate 1 or more hours until ready to cook meat. Cook as desired, basting occasionally with marinade. Makes 1 cup.
