- 1 1/2 cups pineapple chunks (packed in juice)
- 1/2 cup fresh grapefruit segments
- 2/3 cup papaya, peeled
- 2/3 cup sparking water
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend for a few seconds on high speed or until ingredients are thoroughly combined. Top each serving with a sprig of fresh mint.
Makes about 3 cups.
