  • For the Butter:
  • Butter1 cup
  • Jellied Cranberry Sauce2/3 cup
  • Honey2 tablespoon
  • For the Donuts:
  • Craisins® Original Dried Cranberries1 cup
  • Refrigerated biscuits16/3 ounce (8ct package)
  • Sugar1/2 cup

Steps

For the Butter: In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients until well combined. Reserve half and store covered in the refrigerator until ready to use. Melt the remaining half. For the Donuts: Combine chopped Craisins® Dried Cranberries and sugar in a small bowl and set aside. Cut a hole out of the middle of each biscuit to create a donut. Place donuts in an Air Fryer at 365 degrees for 7-10 minutes. While still warm, brush with melted cranberry honey butter and roll in the Craisins® Dried Cranberries sugar mixture to coat evenly. Serve with remaining butter.

Chef's Tip

Save donut hole cut outs to make munchkins! Can also top with chopped nuts such as hazelnuts or pecans or diced fresh cranberries. as garnish.
