- Brussels sprouts1 cup
- Avocados from mexico1 cup
- Craisins® Original Dried Cranberries1/2 cup
- Red onion1/2 cup
- Boursin cheese1/4 cup
- Almonds1/4 cup
- Black pepper1/8 teaspoon
- Prepared balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing1/4 cup
Steps
In a medium bowl, add kale and Brussels sprouts. Top salad with avocado, cranberries, and red onion. Drizzle balsamic vinaigrette onto salad. Evenly distribute Boursin cheese and almonds onto salad. Top salad with grilled chicken slices.
