Ingredients
- Lemon-lime flavored soda2 cups
- Orange juice1 cup
- Powdered sugar1 cup
- Fresh Cranberries

Thoroughly wash the fresh cranberries with cold water and pat dry.
Combine the cranberries, soda and orange juice in a bowl. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
Preheat your oven to 200ºF.
Drain the cranberries in a colander and place in a bag. Add the powdered sugar and shake vigorously until the cranberries are fully coated.
Transfer the cranberries to a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake for 5 minutes, checking often to ensure the berries don't dry out.
Allow to cool, and serve.
Short on time? Reduce the soda and juice in a small pot until half the liquid has evaporated. Let cool slightly and toss the fresh cranberries in the reduction until fully coated. Toss with the powdered sugar and follow the directions after that step.
