- Carrots1/2 cup

- Craisins® Original Dried Cranberries1/4 cup
- Clove garlic1
- Tahini or smooth peanut butter2 tablespoons
- Extra virgin olive oil2 tablespoons
- Ground cumin1/2 teaspoon
- Ground turmeric1/2 teaspoon
- Ground coriander1/2 teaspoon
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Chili pepper flakes1/4 teaspoon
- Mint
Steps
Place all ingredients in a food processer and pulse until combined. Drizzle extra olive oil and garnish with Craisins® Dried Cranberries and mint before serving. Serve with pita chips, celery, carrots, radish and bell peppers.
