  • Old-fashioned oats1 cup
  • Craisins® Original Dried Cranberries1/2 cup
  • Chunky peanut butter1/2 cup
  • Coconut flakes1/2 cup
  • Honey or agave1/3 cup
  • Ground flax seeds1/4 cup
  • Hemp seeds1/4 cup
  • White chocolate chips1/4 cup
  • Vanilla extract1 teaspoon
  • Salt1/4 teaspoon

Steps

In a large mixing bowl, combine oats, Ocean Spray® Craisins® Dried Cranberries, peanut butter, coconut flakes, honey, flax seeds, hemp seeds, white chocolate chips, vanilla extract and salt. Mix until well combined. Keep a bowl of water nearby as you form power bites. Using a tablespoon, scoop out oat mixture and roll into balls. Keep hands slightly wet to form balls easily. Serve immediately or chill in refrigerator for 30 minutes to firm up and keep up to 5 days in refrigerator to enjoy throughout the week.
