In a medium bowl add cranberries and cream cheese and beat until fluffy and cranberries are mixed throughout.
Add the feta and the chopped chives and stir to combine. Spread the mixture evenly on each tortilla and roll them up.
Wrap each tortilla in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 45min to 1hr to allow the cheeses to set.
Cut into slices and garnish with extra chives if desired.
For added protein and flavor add thin slices of deli meat after spreading the cheese mixture.
