    Craisins® Original Dried Cranberries

Steps

With a whisk mix flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl

In a stand mixer with a paddle attachment beat butter and sugars until just fluffy, turn mixer speed down and add the vanilla and eggs until combined

Slowly add dry mixture until almost mixed then shut off mixer, this prevents over mixing before adding in the inclusions

In a medium bowl toss the add-ins until they are mixed together

Turn the mixer back on low and add the inclusions until combined

Preheat the oven to 350F and let the dough rest in the fridge for 30min or until chilled

On a parchment lined sheet tray use a tablespoon to place rounded scoops leaving a few inches in between each cookie

Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges just turn golden brown, let cool for a few minutes then move to a cooling rack
