Preheat oven to 375ºF. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin. Combine dry ingredients in a medium mixing bowl. Combine liquid ingredients in a separate mixing bowl. Add liquid ingredients to dry, mixing just until dry ingredients are moist. Stir in cranberries. Fill each muffin cup 2/3 of the way full with batter. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean. Makes 1 dozen.
