    Craisins® Original Dried Cranberries

Steps

Preheat oven to 350oF. In a small pan, cook down frozen cranberries, sugar, and Craisins® Dried Cranberries (about 2-5 mins) and set aside.* On a parchment lined sheet tray, arrange the phyllo cups. Fill each cup evenly with ingredients. Bake for 5 minutes until cheese is melted and cups are browned, remove from oven. Garnish with microgreens, if desired

Chef's Tip

*You can freeze fresh Ocean Spray® Cranberries in the fall to use year-round. If you do not have any frozen cranberries on hand, you can cook the Craisins® Dried Cranberries down in ¼ cup of Cranberry Juice Cocktail to mix with other ingredients.
