  • 8-ounce package cream cheese1
  • Sour cream1 cup
  • Shredded sharp cheddar cheese1 1/2 cups
  • Craisins® Original Dried Cranberries1/2 cup
  • Lime juice2 teaspoons
  • Smoked paprika1 teaspoon
  • Garlic powder1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder1 teaspoon
  • Cumin1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cilantro

Preheat oven to broil. Line a baking sheet with foil. Cut six jalapeños in half and remove seeds. Place cut side down onto sheet and broil on medium high heat until skin starts to blacken. Cool slightly and add into a food processor with the rest of the ingredients. Process until smooth. Garnish with extra Craisins® Dried Cranberries, jalapeño slices and cilantro. Serve with chips, carrots, celery and peppers.
