Ingredients
- Fresh Cranberries1 1/4 cups(fresh or frozen)
- Brown sugar1/4 cup
- Chopped walnuts1/4 cup
- Egg1
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Flour1/2 cup
- Butter or margarine1/3 cupmelted
- Vanilla ice cream optional

Preheat oven to 325ºF. Grease a 9-inch pie plate. Layer cranberries on bottom of pie plate. Sprinkle with brown sugar and nuts. Beat egg in a medium mixing bowl until thick. Gradually add sugar, beating until thoroughly blended. Stir in flour and melted butter; blend well. Pour over cranberries. Bake 45 minutes. Cut into wedges. Serve with ice cream. Makes 6 servings.
