Ingredients
- Flour2 cups
- Brown sugar1/2 cup
- Baking powder2 teaspoons
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Craisins® Original Dried Cranberries1 cup
- Chopped pecans1/2 cup
- Egg1
- Melted butter1/2 cup
- Milk1 cup
Steps
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease a 12-cup muffin tin. Combine flour, brown sugar, baking powder and salt in a medium mixing bowl. Stir in dried cranberries and pecans. Combine remaining ingredients in a separate mixing bowl. Add to dry ingredients, mixing just until the dry ingredients are moist. Fill muffin cups 3/4 of the way full with batter. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from tins; cool on a wire rack. Makes 12 mufffins.
