Ingredients
- DRESSING:
- Diet Cran x Pineapple™3 tablespoons
- Walnut oil1 tablespoon
- Kosher salt1/4 teaspoon
- Freshly cracked pepper1/8 teaspoon
- SALAD:
- Favorite greens4 cups(arugula, baby greens, Romaine, etc.)
- Thinly sliced fresh pineapple1 cup
- Thinly sliced radish1 cupeach slice cut into 4 pieces
- Avocado1 peeled, pitted, sliced into thin slices
- Feta cheese1/3 cup
- Chopped walnuts1/4 cuptoasted
- Craisins® Original Dried Cranberries1/4 cup
- Fresh chives2 tablespoonschopped

Steps
In 1-cup glass measuring cup stir together all dressing ingredients; set aside. In large mixing bowl toss together all salad ingredients. Pour dressing over top of salad and gently mix together.
