    • Cranberry Simple Syrup:
    • Sugar1 cup
    • Water1/4 cup
    • Fresh Cranberries1 12-ounce bag
    • Clementine1
    • Cranberry simple syrup1 ounce
    • Diet Cran x Raspberry™2 ounces
    • Tequila1 ounce
    • Elderflower liqueur 1/2 ounce
    • Fresh lime juice1 teaspoon
    • Ice

    To Make Cranberry Simple Syrup: Combine sugar and water in saucepan; bring to a boil. Stir in frozen cranberries, clementine and cinnamon stick. Reduce heat and simmer for about 5 minutes, or until cranberries pop and clementines soften, stirring occasionally. Strain through a wire mesh strainer; reserve poached cranberries to use as a garnish. Cool syrup and transfer to a container. Combine 1 ounce Cranberry Simple Syrup, raspberry cranberry juice drink, tequila, elderflower liqueur and lime juice in cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake; strain into martini glass.
