Steps

Place the cinnamon sticks, apples, and orange slices in a large pitcher or drink dispenser. Add juice, wine and brandy (may need to adjust amounts per drink dispenser size). Allow to sit in the refrigerator for 6 - 24 hours. Taste; if you'd like it to be sweeter, add 1-2 tablespoons granulated sugar, honey, or agave. Tip: Sangria is the perfect make-ahead cocktail, since it needs to sit, you can even make it a day in advance. This also leaves more time to impress your guests with presentation - add a cinnamon sugar rim or <a href="http://www.oceanspray.com/Recipes/Corporate/Drinks-Cocktails/Cranberry-Apple-Garnish.aspx">Cranberry Apple Garnishes</a> to their glasses or at the drink station for them to add themselves.
