Ingredients
- Fresh basil leaves2 cups
- Garlic cloves2
- Macadamia nuts1 3.5 ounce jar
- Grated parmesan cheese1/4 cup
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- White pepper dash
- Olive oil1/2 cup
- Craisins® Original Dried Cranberries2/3 cup
- Fettuccine1 pound
Steps
Combine all ingredients, except olive oil, dried cranberries and fettuccine, in a food processor or blender. Blend until almost smooth. With the machine running, gradually add olive oil in a steady stream until blended. Stir in dried cranberries. Toss pesto with hot fettuccine. Makes 4 servings.
