Ingredients

  • Cognac or brandy*2 ounces
  • White Cran x Peach™2 ounces
  • Champagne or sparkling wine*3 ounces
  • Simple syrup1/2 ounce
  • *for non-alcoholic

Steps

Add all ingredients (except champagne) into a mixing glass with ice. Shake hard for a few seconds. Strain into a wine glass with crushed ice. Top off with champagne. Garnish with a peach wedge, sprig of mint, and cranberry.
