- Fresh Cranberries12 ounces
- Cream cheese16 ounces
- Jalapeño pepper1 small, halved, seeds removed
- Scallion1 eachrough chopped
- Fresh lime juice1 whole
- Honey1/4 cup(or granulated sugar)
- Pinch of salt

Steps
In a stand mixer add cream cheese and set aside while prepping the rest of the dip.
In a food processor, pulse the remainder of the ingredients until minced up.
Whip the cream cheese with a paddle attachment until fluffy.
Spread the cream cheese in a dish and using slotted spoon or strain the veg-fruit mixture and scoop on to the cream cheese.
Garnish with added cilantro.
Chef's Tip
Serve with sweet flavored chips or cinnamon sugar pretzels.
