Frosty Pink Lemonade
Ingredients
- Lemon sorbet1 pint
- Sparkling Cranberry1 (8.4 oz) can
- Lemon liqueur1/2 cup
- Crushed ice3/4 cup
- Fresh lemon for garnish1 slice
Steps
Combine sorbet, Sparkling Juice Drink, limoncello and ice in a blender; process until smooth. If mixture is too thin, add a few more ice cubes and process until desired consistency is reached. Divide between 4 glasses; garnish with lemon slices. Serve immediately. Variation: For a slightly sweeter, cran-raspberry-flavored drink, add 3 to 4 tablespoons of raspberry liqueur before processing. 2011 Sparkling Recipe Contest Finalist Lisa Speer.
