Fruit ‘n Veggie Slaw

Ingredients
- light mayonnaise1/2 cup
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Shredded cabbage4 cups
- Red grape halves1 cup
- Mango1 peeled, seeded and cut-up
- Medium carrot1 peeled and shredded
- Chopped red onion1/2 cup
- Chopped green bell pepper1/2 cup
Steps
In small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, juice, sugar and salt. In large bowl, stir together remaining ingredients. Stir mayonnaise mixture into cabbage mixture. Cover and refrigerate at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend. Makes 6 servings (3/4 cup each).
