
Honey Garlic Chicken with Jellied Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
- bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs2 lb
- Cornstarch1 cup
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Salted butter 6 Tablespoons
- Minced garlic3 Tablespoons
- Apple cider vinegar3 Tablespoons
- Soy sauce2 Tablespoons
- Jellied Cranberry Sauce1 can
- Honey1/3 cup

Steps
In a large gallon bag add the corn starch, and a few pinches of salt and pepper. Add the chicken and after closing the bag shake gently to coat, let the chicken rest while you make the sauce.
In a medium saucepan add garlic, vinegar, soy sauce, Ocean Spray Cranberry Sauce, and honey. Bring to a boil then set to simmer and whisk until smooth. Let simmer while you cook the chicken.
In a large preheated frying pan on medium-high, add the butter and let it melt before adding half the chicken. Make sure to shake off excess cornstarch. Cook chicken on both sides for 3-4min until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165F.
Let the chicken rest on a wire rack or paper towels then cut into slices. In a large bowl add chicken and drizzle sauce over the chicken to coat.
Serve over rice with your favorite vegetable for a tasty meal!
For a spicy sauce add 1-2 tbsps of red pepper flakes to the sauce depending on your desired heat level
