Ingredients
- 100% Juice Blend Grapefruit1/2 cup
- Kiwi fruit1
- Banana1/2
- Plain yogurt1/4 cup
- Honey2 tablespoons
- Lowfat milk1/4 cup
Steps
Put all ingredients, except milk, in a blender. Blend for a few seconds on high speed or until ingredients are thoroughtly combined. Add milk and blend until combined. Garnish with ground cinnamon, if desired. Makes 2 servings.
