  • Ground beef1 pound
  • Fine sea salt1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper1/2 teaspoon
  • For the Slaw:
  • Mayonnaise1/4 cup
  • Soy sauce1 tablespoon
  • White or apple cider vinegar1 tablespoon
  • Garlic clove1
  • Loosely-packed cups finely shredded napa cabbage4
  • Large carrot1
  • Finely chopped cilantro1/2 cup
  • For the Sauce:
  • Diet Cran x Blackberry™1 cup
  • Packed dark brown sugar1/2 cup
  • Soy sauce1 tablespoon
  • Gochujang1 tablespoon
  • Black pepper1/2 teaspoon
  • Toasted sesame oil2 teaspoons
  • To Serve:

Steps

In a medium bowl, mix to combine beef, salt, and pepper. Do not over mx. Divide mixture into 12 pieces and shape into small patties. Place on a baking sheet and refrigerate. In another medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, soy sauce, vinegar, and garlic until smooth. Add cabbage, carrot, and cilantro and toss to combine. Set aside. In a medium saucepan, combine juice drink, brown sugar, soy sauce, Gochujang, and pepper. Bring to a boil over medium-high and boil until reduced and syrupy, about 10 minutes. Take off the heat and stir in sesame oil. Prepare a hot grill fire, or preheat a grill pan over medium-high until hot. Cook burger patties, flipping once, until browned on both sides and cooked to desired degree of doneness, about 2 minutes per side. Place each patty on a slider bun, spoon sauce over them, and top with slaw.
