Ingredients

  • Honey1/4 cup
  • Heavy cream1/4 cup
  • 12-ounce package white baking chips1
  • Chow mein noodles3 cups
  • Craisins® Dried Cranberries Blueberry Juice Infused1 cup
  • Granola cereal1 cup
  • Slivered almonds1/2 cup
  • Candied eggs or jelly beans for decoration

Steps

Line 2 large baking sheets with waxed paper. Combine honey and cream in 2-quart saucepan. Cook over medium-low heat until bubbly. Add chips; cook, stirring, until chips are melted and mixture is smooth. Combine remaining ingredients in large bowl. Pour cream mixture over dried cranberry mixture. Stir until mixed and coated. Press mixture into muffin tins in the shape of nests. Let stand until completely set. Add candied eggs or colorful jelly beans into nest to complete. Store loosely covered. Makes 30 cookies. TIP: For easier spooning, spray tablespoon with cooking spray before forming cookies.
