  • Dried cheesecake mix1 package
  • Whole milk1 1/2 cups
  • Jellied Cranberry Sauce8 oz
  • Pre-made graham cracker pie crust1

Steps

Prepare the cheesecake mix with milk according to the package instructions and set aside.

Microwave the Ocean Spray® Jellied Cranberry Sauce for 2 minutes in a microwave-safe bowl. Whisk until smooth.

Spread the cheesecake filling evenly into the graham cracker pie crust. Starting from the outside, drizzle the Ocean Spray® Jellied Cranberry Sauce in a circular motion until you reach the center.

Using a skewer, drag the tip through the filling and sauce, segmenting the pie into 8 sections.

Refrigerate for an hour before serving.

Chef's Tip

For a more marbled look, drizzle the sauce in a random pattern on the cheesecake filling. Still use the 8 sections method with the skewer afterward.
