Ingredients
- Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce1 14-ounce can
- Plum tomato1
- Diced dried apricots1/4 cup
- Cinnamon1 1/4 teaspoons
- Ground ginger1/2 teaspoon
- Dried cilantro1 teaspoon
- Hot pepper sauce1 teaspoon
- Black pepper1/2 teaspoon
- Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves6
Steps
Combine all ingredients, except chicken, in a medium saucepan. Cook until heated through. Keep warm until serving time. Saute, broil, bake or grill chicken. Top each breast with 1/4 cup of the cranberry mixture. Makes 6 servings.
