Rosemary Roasted New Potatoes

Ingredients
- Small red new potatoes1 1/2 poundsunpeeled, halved
- Garlic clove1 minced
- Chopped fresh rosemary2 teaspoons
- Salt1/2 teaspoon
- Pepper1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
Steps
Preheat oven to 450°F. Spray 15x10x1-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. Place potatoes in large bowl. Add garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper and olive oil; toss to coat. Place in single layer in sprayed baking pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until potatoes are tender and slightly browned, stirring once halfway through baking. Makes 6 (2/3-cup) servings (4 cups total)
