  • Ruby Red1 chilled
  • Slices lime12
  • Vanilla extract1/4 cup
  • Lemon-lime flavored soda4 cupschilled
  • White rum2 cupsoptional

Steps

To make decorative ice "rings", pour 2 cups of grapefruit juice drink into a muffin tin. Float a slice of lime in each tin and freeze until solid. Dip bottom of pan into hot water to help unmold. In a large punch bowl, stir in the remaining grapefruit juice drink, rum and vanilla extract. Just before serving, stir in the ice cubes and lemon-lime soda. Makes 12 cups.
