Ingredients
- Oil1 tablespoon
- Diced green pepper1 cup
- Diced onion1/2 cup
- Ground beef2 pounds
- Ground turkey or chicken1 pound
- Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce1 14-ounce can
- reserving 1 cup
- Seasoned bread crumbs1 cup
- Dijon mustard2 tablespoons
- Egg1 beaten
- Black pepper1 teaspoon
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Dash marjoram

Preheat oven to 350º. Heat oil in a medium non-stick saucepan over medium heat. Add green pepper and onion. Cook until tender and translucent. Set aside. Combine pepper, onion and remaining ingredients in a large mixing bowl; mix well by hand. Place in a 9 1/4 x 5 1/4 x 2 1/2-inch loaf pan. Top with reserved cranberry sauce. Bake for 1 hour. Makes 10 servings.
