Smiling Pumpkin Place Cards

Cut a slit across the top of miniature pumpkins in front of the stems (adults should do this step before the kids decorate the pumpkins or assemble the cards). Decorate each pumpkin by drawing faces or designs with craft paint or colored markers. Let dry. Write the name of each guest on a small card. To assemble, simply place a card it in the slit of each pumpkin (the stem in the back will help hold the card in place.)
