Ingredients

  • Strawberry Shortcake16 oz
  • Vanilla ice cream1-2 scoops
  • Whipped topping2 Tbsp
  • Shortbread cookies1 cup
  • Decorative sugar2 Tbspmixture of white and red
  • Sliced fresh strawberries Garnish

Steps

In an ice cube tray pour juice and freeze overnight​

In a blender place half the ice cubes and fill the blender with juice until halfway up the ice​

Blend until a slushie is formed then pour into a glass and top with vanilla ice cream and whipped topping​

Crumble the shortbread cookies over the whipped topping and sprinkle the colored sugar on top​

Garnish with a fresh strawberry and serve with a spoon and straw​
