In an ice cube tray pour juice and freeze overnight
In a blender place half the ice cubes and fill the blender with juice until halfway up the ice
Blend until a slushie is formed then pour into a glass and top with vanilla ice cream and whipped topping
Crumble the shortbread cookies over the whipped topping and sprinkle the colored sugar on top
Garnish with a fresh strawberry and serve with a spoon and straw
