Steps

In a cocktail shaker combine the ice, vodka, orange liqueur, cranberry juice and a small sprig of fresh rosemary. Shake until chilled and strain into a ice filled rocks glass. Top with sparkling water and garnish with fresh cranberries, a fresh long piece of rosemary and serve.
