Ingredients

  • Ground turkey1 pound
  • Mild italian bulk sausage1/3 pound
  • Italian seasoned croutons2/3 cupcrushed
  • Pesto 1/4 cup
  • Egg1
  • Sea salt1/2 teaspoon
  • Ground pepper1/2 teaspoon
  • Cooking oil1 tablespoon
  • Jellied Cranberry Sauce1 cup
  • Goat cheese2 ouncessoftened
  • Sour cream2 tablespoons
  • Prepared grated horseradish2 tablespoons
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley garnish
  • Lollipop sticks
  • Jellied Cranberry Sauce

Steps

Preheat oven or grill to 400 degrees. Combine the turkey, sausage, croutons, pesto, egg and 1/2 teaspoon each: salt and pepper in a large bowl. Grease a large baking sheet with 1 Tablespoon oil. Shape turkey mixture into uniform meatballs and lay side by side on baking sheet. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until cooked through. Meanwhile, prepare Hail Mary Horseradish Dipping Sauce by placing Cranberry Sauce, goat cheese, sour cream and horseradish in a blender or food processor and pulse until well combined. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with parsley to garnish.
