Ingredients
- SAUCE:
- Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce1/2 cup
- Chopped pecans1/4 cup
- Finely chopped red onion2 tablespoons
- Dried poultry seasoning1/8 teaspoon
- Flour tortillas4 (6 to 8-inch)
- Large romaine lettuce leaves4
- Slices muenster or provolone cheese4 (1-ounce)
- Thinly sliced deli turkey8 ounces
Steps
In small bowl, stir together all sauce ingredients; set aside. To assemble roll-ups: Place one flour tortilla on cutting board. Top with 1 large Romaine lettuce leaf, 1 slice cheese, and 2 ounces turkey. Spread about 2 tablespoons of sauce down center of turkey slices. Starting on one side, carefully roll-up tortilla; secure with wooden picks. Repeat with remaining tortillas and ingredients. Serve with additional cranberry sauce. Refrigerate leftovers.
