Twisted Peach Garnish

Cut 2 equal slice off peach, approximately 1/8 inch thick. Cut a slit about half way through each slice. On one slice, cut a smaller slit almost across from large slit – be careful not to cut the slice in half. Fit the two slices together by the large slits and use the smaller slit to attach the garnish to your glass. Enjoy! Served best with our French Julep Peach Bellini With Infused Basil recipe.
