Ingredients
- White Cranberry1 cup
- Red wine vinegar3/4 cup
- Brown sugar1/4 cup
- Medium apples4
- Medium onion1
- Garlic cloves4
- Finely chopped fresh ginger root2 tablespoons
- Salt1/4 teaspoon
- Grated orange peel1/4 teaspoon
Steps
Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat to low, stirring occasionally, about 40 minutes or until apples are tender and sauce has thickened slightly.
