- 1/2 cup diced canned pears, reserving 1/2 cup syrup
- 1/8 teaspoon ginger
- 1 6-ounce package salad greens
- 1 Ripe pear, sliced thin
- Whole walnuts for garnish
Put all dressing ingredients in a food processor. Process on High for 2 minutes or until smooth.
Arrange greens, pear and nuts on a salad plate; drizzle with dressing.
Makes 2 cups dressing.
